1.  LookModelz.com is a management organization for models, talent, stylist, and booking companies. We provided an online portfolio for selected models, talent, and stylist at no cost and a nominal fee for Companies (Clients, Photographers, etc). Models not approved by a Look Modelz staff member may not appear on the website but remain in our booking portfolio for various opportunities that may fit their genre.

2. LookModelz.com provides representation, hosting service, and programming for display, marketing, and communication on a professional level between models and photographers and agents. Lookmodelz.com cannot directly represent models, talent, and stylists in states that require a physical location in that state and/or a state model/talent agency licensing. These include but are not limited to; California, Florida, New York, and Texas.  In states where an agency must be either/both physical and licensed as a talent / model agent LookModelz.com may use third party representation who meet the requirements of that state on behalf of the model, talent, or stylist to meet a booking, project, or clients' expectation or revert to the position of model, talent, or stylist manager.

3. By accessing LookModelz.com websites, all clients, users and visitors agree to follow all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations (including Internet and copyright laws and regulations), as well as terms and conditions defined by LookModelz.com itself.

4. The entire contents of this site are copyright © LookModelz.com. All images and files are the property of either LookModelz.com or its clients and associates. Any reproduction, duplication or use without a written permission from LookModelz.com is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted in a court of law.

5. The posting of any pictures, images, graphics, and text can only be made by rightful and exclusive owners or by obtaining a written permission (release) from the rightful and exclusive owners. Failure to comply with this policy is illegal and will be prosecuted in a court of law.

6. LookModelz.com is not responsible for the reliability of any contents submitted by our visitors and/or clients. We do not verify any information submitted to us and we do not endorse any opinions or statements made by our visitors and/or clients.

7. We are not responsible for the contents of any of the sites that we link to, nor do we endorse any opinions which may be found on those websites.  Please be advised, that if you do access these linked sites, you do so at your own risk.

8. LookModelz.com reserves the right to partially or entirely reject any application or link request if it is of unrelated, unlawful, harmful, obscene or of any other questionable nature.

9. LookModelz.com reserves the right to partially or entirely remove or edit any client’s/user link if we decide or are notified that it is of unrelated, unlawful, harmful, obscene or of any other questionable nature.

10. Any kind of advertisement or solicitation posted on or linked to LookModelz.com without our written permission will be removed without any notice.

11. LookModelz.com is not to be held responsible for any kind of errors that may occur within our website as a result of our production error. In such case, all detected errors will be immediately corrected upon a written notification from our visitors, clients or users.

12. All materials submitted by our visitors, clients or users (i.e., photographs, pictures, resumes, etc.) will remain in possession of LookModelz.com indefinitely and will not be returned to our clients or users.

13. All clients, users and visitors must assume their own responsibility for using our services and resources. LookModelz.com is not to be held responsible for any kind of damages loses or expenses associated with the use of our services and resources.

14. LookModelz.com is not responsible for any malfunctions associated with the performance of the web hosting services (i.e., service interruptions, access interruption, email malfunction, and other server errors).

15. LookModelz.com is NOT intended for users under the age of 18. If you are 18 years or younger DO NOT submit a portfolio or any personal information. If you are a parent, or a legal guardian of a model 17 years or younger, ensure that you enter and approve all information, and that your email address and contact information is used at all times. No one under the age of 16 will be considered for booking by LookModelz.com and their submitted information will be disguarded.

16. LookModelz.com does not allow sexually explicit images posted on this site. Sexually explicit images include but are not limited to images of sexual intercourse, obvious states of sexual arousal (erections), or overt sexual positions (such as noticeably visible or spread genitalia). Failure to adhere to this restriction will result in the removal of the images, and the disablement of that portfolio. Consistent misclassification (rating) or categorization of images may result in the forced setting of ratings and in gross violations may result in the removal of your portfolio.

17. Any communication or material given to the LookModelz.com or transmitted to the Service and/or the Sites is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. You assume full responsibility for anything you transmit, and you grant LookModelz.com and its affiliates the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any information or content you post or transmit for any purpose.

18. LookModelz.com and its affiliates do not review or monitor any web sites linked to the Service or from personal portfolios on this site. When clicking links to personal pages from LookModelz.com all users of the system acknowledge that LookModelz.com is not responsible for the accuracy or content of those links. You agree to not post URL's and other web links in any form, into your personal home page section, or the main portfolio page as links or text, that lead to ADULT SITES or Pay Sites. LookModelz.com reserves the right to remove from its sites any references or portfolios containing Adult Sites or Pay Sites without notice. Additionally certain links to sites, as determined from time to time by LookModelz.com, or the use of links and web addresses, or the use of html formatting and scripting in certain portfolio types as determined by LookModelz.com, may not be permitted within the portfolio or as an acceptable use of the personal home page link or as portfolio content. LookModelz.com is under no obligation to provide exposure to competing sites through links or other methods in portfolio and may remove those at its discretion, and without notice. LookModelz.com booking system is intended for work related offers and general inquires related to or leading to work or further discovery. Promotion of services and goods is not an appropriate use of the referral system. LookModelz.com permits one main member portfolio per person. Managers, agents, and photographers who have been authorized to post on behalf of their clients may control Model and Talent portfolios in addition to their manager, agent or photographer portfolio.

19. Disclaimer: The Service and the Sites contain information, facts and opinions from various individuals and organizations. THE SERVICE AND THE SITES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPOSED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT. NEITHER LOOKMODELZ.COM NOR ITS AFFILIATES ENDORSE OR ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE OR STATEMENT ON THE SERVICE OR THE SITES.

20. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. NEITHER LOOKMODELZ.COM NOR ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES OR LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE AND THE SITES AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICE AND THE SITES OR ARISING OUT OF ANY ACTION TAKEN IN RESPONSE TO OR AS A RESULT OF ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICE AND THE SITES. You agree to indemnify and hold each of LookModelz.com, their affiliates, officers, directors and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of LookModelz.com, the violation of these Terms of Service by you, or the infringement by you, or any other subscriber of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

22. LookModelz.com reserves the right to add, revise and/or change any of its Laws, Regulations, Terms and Conditions, and agreements without notice.  Each time you visit LookModelz.com, you will be deemed to have accepted any such modifications. If LookModelz.com is discontinued for any reason, an attempt to stop all "recurring" payments will be made to our subscribers.  There will be no refunds issued for the subscription period during which LookModelz.com is discontinued.

23. This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service and the Sites shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri.

24. LookModelz.com is a Team Media LLC service. Team Media LLC is a licensed company in the state of Missouri with a mailing address of 2733 East Battlefield Road Suite 107 Springfield Missouri 65804-3981. Violation of these Terms and Conditions will cause your membership to be terminated without a refund.
  
  25. Any event advertised on the LookModelz website that is attended by any visitor, reader, user, staff member, or model, is attended at the person's own risk. LookModelz.com makes no warranties or statements with respect to the validity or security of such events. We are simply making such events, their dates, directions, and contact information available to visitors and users of this website.

I have read the above authorization and release prior to its execution and I am fully familiar with and agree to the contents thereof.
